Please fill in as many of the form details as possible, as well as a detailed description of the problem you are facing in order to help us provide you with the best possible services. The details of the model (Mod) as well as the relevant serial number (S/N or E/Nr) which is the identification code of the device, can be found on the marking label of the device which is usually located on the back of the device or inside it in the case of appliances such as refrigerators and electric ovens. Refrigerators - Freezers

Open the maintenance door, remove the fruit bowl drawer and look inside the refrigerator wall, also look outside at the back of your appliance

Washing Machine

Open the appliance door and look inside the door frame or open the filter door at the bottom, still look outside at the back of your appliance

Dishwashers

Open the appliance door and look at the top or side (profile) of the door frame or inside it, also look outside at the back of your appliance

Clothes dryers

Open the appliance door and look inside the door frame, also look outside on the back of your appliance there is an information plate

Kitchens Free

Open the oven door and look inside and at the side of the door frame or pull out the warming drawer and look inside it, also look outside at the back of your appliance

Built-in Ovens

Open the oven door and look inside and at the side of the door frame, also look outside at the back or side of your appliance there is an information sign

Hob Plate

Lift the worktop off the kitchen counter and look under the worktop for your appliance information plate

Absorbers

Remove the hood filters and look near the motor or inside walls, there is an information plate of your appliance
